Insurance premiums are calculated based on several different rating factors. These can include storage location and type, value, age of caravan, how often used, age of proposer, claims history, make and model of caravan, caravan club membership, and security/safety features.
Yes, cover for the contents (personal items carried in the caravan) is available and can be added for an additional cost. It is worth checking any household insurance policy as this may also cover these items.

Uninsured Loss Recovery (Legal Cover) is available as an optional extra. It provides up to £50,000 of legal representation in the event of a non-fault claim. Cover is available from less than 3p per day.

While the caravan is in storage at the previously declared location, and provided you have adhered to the insurer’s specific security requirements/endorsements, you are covered for Malicious Damage, Fire, Theft, Flood, and Adverse Weather. Accidental Damage is available at an additional premium.
